Rabbi Yitzchak Coopersmith
Rabbi Yitzchak Coopersmith is originally from Toronto, Canada. He studied in Aish HaTorah and the Mir Yeshiva in YerushalayIm for several years before receiving smicha from the Chief Rabbi of Israel HaRav HaGaon Rav Mordechai Eliyhau ztz'l.
Rabbi Coopersmith played a central role in building Aish HaTorah into one of the leading Kiruv organizations in the Jewish world today. He held many leadership positions in Aish HaTorah including being the CEO of Aish Hatorah for 15 years. He was a very close talmid of HaRav HaGaon Rav Noach Weinberg ztz'l and he has written and published several books on Rav Weinberg's Torah including, Constant Connection, Toras Chaim,The 48 Ways to Wisdom, and the Eye of the Needle. Rabbi Coopersmith currently teaches Torah on a wide spectrum of subjects and works for Harav HaGaon HaRav Asher Weiss shlita .He resides in Jerusalem with his wife and family.
