Rabbi Dr. Elie Tuchman
Rabbi Elie Tuchman, Ed.D. is a highly sought-after speaker and consultant who specializes in leadership development and faculty support. He also advises schools and communities on issues of vision, program design, educational excellence, and community development. A respected Jewish educator with more than 30 years of experience in the field, Rabbi Tuchman is an advocate for student-centered, research-based education in Yeshivos. His own research has focused on self-efficacy and motivation, teacher training and induction, and school leadership. Rabbi Tuchman was the founding Head of School of both Yeshivas Mekor Chaim in Baltimore and the Yeshiva at the Jersey Shore and led Oakland Hebrew Day School through its early growth.
