Kim Marshall
Kim Marshall is an educator, writer, and consultant best known for his work on teacher supervision, evaluation, and instructional leadership. He began his career in 1969, teaching sixth grade in Boston, and later served in the district’s central office. He then spent 15 years as principal of Mather Elementary School, where he led significant improvements in curriculum and student achievement. Since 2002, he has coached school leaders, delivered workshops on effective teaching practices, and published the Marshall Memo, a widely read weekly summary of educational research for frontline educators.
