Mrs. Chaya Leah Eidelman, a fourth-generation principal, continues her family’s distinguished chinuch legacy dating back to Rav Samson Raphael Hirsch’s Realschule in Frankfurt. Beginning her career as a limudei kodesh teacher at Breuers and Manhattan High School, she has led Reenas Bais Yaakov in Edison/Highland Park for the past 17 years. A graduate of the Torah Umesorah Principals’ Fellowship and active member of Amatz and Penimi, Mrs. Eidelman fosters a culture of growth and reflection among her staff. Under her leadership, Reenas has embraced Larry Thompson’s Responsibility-Based Discipline model, empowering students to take ownership of their actions. Passionate about teaching and learning, Mrs. Shana Guttentag is a qualified teacher, certified coach, and educational consultant who inspires educators and schools both nationally and internationally. She delivers workshops and accredited training for Torah Umesorah UK and is highly sought-after for her expertise in strengthening classroom strategies and deepening teachers’ understanding of student needs. With over 20 years’ experience teaching both kodesh and chol, she serves as the General Studies Principal at Bnos Yisroel High School in Manchester. As an Executive Function Coach with a special interest in ADHD, she helps teachers create neuro-inclusive classrooms and supports schools in developing systems that enable every student to thrive. Bracha Schnaidman, Psy.D. is a psychologist in Lakewood, NJ. She works with children, adolescents, and parents, utilizing cognitive-behavioral techniques to treat anxiety, OCD, ADHD, and behavioral difficulties. Dr. Schnaidman also specializes in treating tic disorders and body-focused repetitive behaviors. Dr. Schnaidman is a NJ certified school psychologist and has extensive experience in psychoeducational assessment, teacher consultation, and school-based interventions.Become a Member!
