This session explores Skills-Based Report Cards versus Traditional Letter Grades and their impact on Chanoch L’Naar Al Pi Darko. We’ll discuss how this approach fosters parent engagement, clear rubrics, and growth-oriented feedback; promotes self-reflection in students and teachers; supports differentiated instruction; and enables accurate progress tracking. Ultimately, we’ll show how it strengthens collaboration between melamdim, interventionists, and parents while nurturing healthy self-esteem, deepening the talmid–melamed connection, and enhancing the school’s professionalism and transparency.
